Daily Grind is an auditory interface in the form of a standard office desk.  Every office implement on the desk is capable of a sonic translation and meaning conversion through audio.  A stapler gives the stock report, a note book a telephone dial tone.  Everything at your fingertips, ready for a day's work. 

The piece also includes an ultrasound telephone and an active floor-map of the entire office, describing what is to be found in other parts of the exhibition.
